County of Kauaʻi selects ʻIkenākea for Kahua Hoʻoulu
The County of Kauaʻi has selected ʻIkenākea Development for the Kahua Hoʻoulu Housing Development in Puhi. Planned for County-owned land, the project is intended to provide as many as 60 affordable multifamily homes together with an educational center. The development previously completed environmental review and is supported by a combination of federal and County housing resources. ʻIkenākea will work with the County through the project’s design, financing, permitting and construction phases. Further information on the final unit mix, affordability levels and development schedule will be released as the project advances.
