Nāulu Apartments celebrates grand opening in Hālawa

Nāulu Apartments, formerly known as Hālawa View II, celebrated its grand opening in Hālawa on August 29, 2025. The 25-story development provides 302 affordable studio, one-, two- and four-bedroom apartments for households earning between 30% and 60% of Area Median Income. Supported by the City and County of Honolulu, HHFDC financing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, the homes will remain affordable for at least 61 years. Community facilities include study and recreation areas, a fitness center, outdoor gathering spaces and work by Hawaiʻi artists. The property is located near the Hālawa Aloha Stadium Skyline station.
