Uahi Ridge Phase I enters lease-up ahead of occupancy

Uahi Ridge Phase I has entered lease-up ahead of its anticipated opening in October 2026. Developed by Mark Development, ʻIkenākea Development and Waʻa Partners in partnership with the County of Kauaʻi Housing Agency, the first phase will provide 96 affordable one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in Līhuʻe. The homes are reserved for households earning up to 60% of Area Median Income. An initial applicant lottery was held on August 31, while later applications will be processed according to the property’s Tenant Selection Plan. Community amenities will include gathering space, a playground, and picnic and barbecue areas.
