Nāulu Apartments receives 2026 CoStar Impact Award

Nāulu Apartments in ʻAiea has received the 2026 CoStar Impact Award for Multifamily Development of the Year in Hawaiʻi. Announced on March 25, 2026, the recognition highlights the community’s contribution to affordable housing for working families and kūpuna on Oʻahu. Located in the Hālawa transit-oriented development corridor, Nāulu places homes near public transportation and employment centers. Project architect AHL and financing partner Hunt Companies Hawaiʻi have published announcements recognizing the development and the collaboration behind its delivery. Winners were selected by independent panels of local industry professionals.
